Our Leadership

mark.ady is led by Margaret Ady, a marketing, branding and PR expert with more than a decade of experience working for both startups and Fortune 500 companies. During her career, she learned how to combine the creativity, tenacity and flexibility that is needed to survive in a startup environment with the processes, automation and structure that is found at large, successful companies. With this balance and a knack for marketing, she founded mark.ady.

Margaret has spent the last eight years leading marketing and content strategy for fast-growing technology startups in Germany as well as consulting major brands on their marketing content.  Her innovative approaches have won awards, including recognition as one of the most notable and influential women in technology by HFTP (Association of Hospitality and Technical Professionals) in 2019 and HSMAI Europe’s Top 20 Extraordinary Minds in Sales, Marketing and Technology in 2016. Prior to that, she served in leadership positions at The Walt Disney Company and The Oprah Winfrey Network and has provided research, branding and marketing consulting services to many companies, including 20th Television (Fox), Red Bull, and Nielsen. Margaret graduated from the University of Southern California with degrees in Economics and Psychology and a focus in business. During her studies, she was awarded the USC Annenberg Communications Critical Pathway Grant for her research in new technology and its impact on healthcare decision-making.
